Our Goal: To help exchange ideas, explore programming, consult God through prayer, and RE|CONNECT with the purposes of Christ to reach youth in the United Methodist Church for the glory of God.

Engage. Engage in Face to Face consultations with a Youth Ministry Mentor (YMM) at a agreed location. This is our final step in the process if email and or phone conversations just doesn't cut it. Due to busy schedules, it can often be difficult for a YMM to find a convenient time to meet, but we will keep trying. If you or your church is in desperate need to meet with a YMM and are not having luck connecting - email Rusty or Becky and we will make sure it happens. This final step is a face to face conversation and has a small cost associated with it (see details on the Exchange page and find a Youth Ministry Mentor). Before this meeting happens we highly recommend the previous steps have been explored and that your Senior or Associate Pastor is made aware of the meeting. Each YMM is connected in full-time ministry and their opinion is there own. Meeting with a YMM is not a guaranteed solution to a local church youth ministry problem.

Four Final Steps to Getting the Help You Need:

First step: Email a Youth Ministry Mentor and request or arrange a face to face meeting.

Second step: Meet with the YMM in a public location, buy their coffee, thank them for meeting with you!

Third step: Continue to pray for God's hand to bring resources your way to help reach youth for Christ and impact the Kingdom of God for the sake of the world.

Fourth step: If you still need help - contact Rusty Freeman or Becky Jackson. It's our job to make sure you have what you need to succeed in ministry. We don't have all the answers but will encourage you in whatever way we can to help you grow in grace and love and become more effective in ministry to youth.
