What is our Mission?
Our mission is to "Reach Youth 4 Christ." We do this through exciting worship, engaging speakers, energizing small groups, and extreme fun in a Christ-filled environment.
Cost / Scholarships / Registration
Cost is $225 at all camps. Scholarships are available at the District or Conference offices or by contacting your local church pastor or youth leader. Deadline for registration is 10 working days prior to start of camp. Late registrations must pay an extra $20. Refunds are for emergencies only and exclude a $20 processing fee.
Age Requirement
Jr. High camps include youths entering 6th, 7th and 8th grades. Sr. High camps are for youths entering 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades. All camps begin at 6 PM on start date & end at noon on last day.
Adults Sponsors / Staff / Servant Team
Adults (college age and older) are welcome but not required to attend with youth from their church. All who wish to serve must complete a SWTC background check, pass the Child Protection Training course, contact the SWTC Director of Youth Ministries (see contact info below), attend a pre-camp meeting, and be a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ. Pre-approved Staff attend at $100 each. The Servant Team will serve along side of Junior Counselors but the ST will be given more responsibility and leadership opportunities. Those wishing to apply for the Servant Team (which requires attendance at all camps, My Mission, and a pre-retreat, should contact Rusty Freeman at rhf143@aol.com). Those wishing to serve as Staff or JC's can still apply as normal.
